A.L. Mailing Ltd will keep your mailing lists for the period of the mailing and up to one month thereafter. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data via multi re-writing file shredding software such as Bitdefender / File Shredder / File Secure Eraser which all use algorithms to re-write the file sectors so these files can not be recovered
