Data cleansing

PAF address verification

We check and correct addresses against the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF), adding or repairing postcodes and standardising address lines to Royal Mail format.

Mail sorting — Mailsort, DSA & Presstream

We prepare and sort your mailing to qualify for Mailsort, DSA and Presstream discounts, which can significantly reduce your postage spend. We also handle downstream access and direct injection to Royal Mail and other operators.

We merge data files with your printed artwork for variable data runs — from simple name-and-address personalisation to fully tailored marketing content.

Inkjet & laser preparation

We prepare files for inkjetting and laser printing, including the formatting needed for high-speed addressing and personalisation on our own print equipment.
